Unable to log into account

If you are experiencing difficulty logging into your account, please try the steps below.

Verify your email address:

Ensure the email address you are using is the same as the email address you used to create your Therapist Aid account.

Reset your password:

Visit our password reset page if you need to reset your password.

Reset Password via Email

If you no longer have access to the email address you used to register, please contact us so we can assist you.

If you receive the message “We can’t find a user with that email address” when attempting to reset your password, you may have registered with a different address (e.g., a work or personal email address).
