Group subscriptions are available for groups of 5 or more users. Your team will choose administrators that can invite and remove users as needed. There are three roles a group user can have:
By default, administrators do not have access to Therapist Aid’s professional content. However, an administrator can also be assigned a member role.
Administrators can browse to the group management page by pressing "My Account" at the top-right corner of Therapist Aid, and then "Group Management."
Note: Only group administrators can access the group management page.
Single member invites allow you to send an invite to a specific person. All you have to do is provide an email address, and we'll send them an email with instructions.
Mass invitations allow you to send one invitation link to your entire team. This saves you from the trouble of entering each email address one-by-one.
Anyone with your mass invite link can join your group, so it's best to keep the URL private. You can always delete a mass invite link and generate a new one, if needed.
Once your group members have accepted the invitation, you can return to the group management page to update their group role.
