Using the Mental Health Maintenance Plan, your clients will identify areas that pose a risk of relapse, and then describe the strategies they can use to handle problems. These sections cover triggers, warning signs, self-care, and coping strategies. Finally, your client will be asked to describe what it would take for them to return to therapy. At what point would their problems require them to seek professional help?
