Accepting a group invitation

Group Subscriptions

After your organization has purchased a group subscription, your group manager will be able to invite you to join the group. 

Follow the steps below to gain access to your group subscription: 

  1. Contact your group manager to request an invitation to the group subscription. 
  2. Your group manager will email you a link to join the group. 
  • Click the link in the email and follow the prompts. 
  • If you are already logged into Therapist Aid with an existing account, you will be invited to join the group using your current account. 
  • If you are not logged into Therapist Aid, you will be prompted to either log in or create an account. 

If your administrator is having difficulties sending an invitation, refer them to our “Managing a group subscription” article to learn how to manually generate an invitation link.
